FaceMap ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

• FaceMap collects three facial photographs (nose, eyes, lips) solely to extract morphological feature patches and run them through OpenAI to generate creative stories set in various global settings. No other analyses (e.g. emotion or identity recognition) are performed.

How We Use Your Information

• Your images are securely stored on AWS S3 servers.
• Images are sent to OpenAI for facial analysis and feature extraction. Learn more about their policies here.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
• Data is used solely to provide and improve FaceMap's features.

Consent

By using FaceMap, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as described in this policy.

Data Retention

Once the analysis is complete and the results displayed, all images are securely stored indefinitely solely to allow users to revisit or re-generate their report. Users may also request deletion of their data at any time via the in-app “Delete My Report” option on the result page.

Data Security

All face images are processed in our secure cloud environment on AWS (US-East-1). Images are uploaded over TLS to our AWS servers in US-East-1, encrypted at rest using AES-256. AWS is solely acting as our infrastructure provider; we do not share or sell any face data to other parties.

Your Rights

You may request access to, deletion of, or a copy of your data at any time by contacting us at chris@tryfastreach.com.

Children's Privacy

FaceMap is not intended for children under 4. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 4. If we learn we have done so, we will delete that data promptly.

International Users

Your data may be processed and stored in countries outside your own. By using FaceMap, you consent to this transfer.
